Vintage Homco Iron Sconce with Chains • 3-Arm Metal Wall

Bring a “Game of Thrones” vibe to any space with this heavy vintage HOMCO IRON SCONCE WITH CHAINS. This is a three-arm candle holder for your wall with lots of embossed detail including a top finial, rivets and a waterfall design with heavy chains, all adding to the medieval Gothic look. Its current paint is a chippy white. It will take both votive candles and candles with tapered bases called “heritage candles” (as shown in the photos).

This sconce is hung by securing the top finial piece first. After you’ve measured the chain length between the two, you secure the candleabra section to the wall. The chains hang freely from a ring attached at the top, and are individually attached to the bottom piece. (They have a tendency to detach when the sconce is lying flat and not hanging, so you may need to re-attach it yourself when it arrives.) The little candle cups are separately attached by screws and so can be straightened out once hung. TIP: All the bolts and nuts should be tightened at the time you hang your sconce and before its first use.

CONDITION: Very good vintage condition. The metal is intact; the chains all hang correctly. The flat white paint is very chippy, which adds to its vintage look. I’ve cleaned the wax residue from the three candle wells. But please inspect the photos to make certain that you can love these pieces even with their flaws.

DIMENSIONS: (When hung on the wall) 15 3/4″ wide x 22 1/2″ long x 5″ deep. The link chains are 14″ long but could be easily changed out or altered if you’d like to adjust the height of the sconce.
